A photo-electron detection system with 32 PIN photodiodes in 1D array has been designed and im-plemented within 16 cm width.The weak current signal of PIN photodiodes is firstly amplified for about 104 times, and then sampled at 75 MHz with 12 bits digital precision .The weak signal modulation circuit has a good response to signal with pulse width larger than 20 ns or lead edge longer than 10 ns.The signal processing module receives the 32-channel signal and caches them in real -time inside the FPGA .The data bandwidth of the signal processing module reaches up to 28 .8 Gbps .%设计实现了基于PIN光电二极管一维阵列的紧凑型实时光电探测系统。系统在16 cm的宽度内实现了32路PIN光电二极管信号的处理与采样;探测器弱电流信号的高带宽调制电路在实现104倍信号增益的同时,信号带宽约35 MHz;多通道ADC电路采样频率75 MHz,采样周期约13.3 ns,采样精度12 bits;基于高性能FPGA的信号处理电路实现了对32路高速ADC采样信号的实时处理,数据处理速度达到28.8 Gbps,每通道采样深度8000。
