传统中药的体外抗真菌作用研究

摘要

Objective To find novel drugs with antifungal activity .Method According to the method of the M 38-A2 document de-veloped by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute ,Cortex Phellodendri ,Rhizoma anemarrhenae and other seven tradi-tional Chinese medicines were tested by broth microdilution techniques against three fungus strains .Results The extract from all the tested nine traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of at least one tested fungus strains .Conclusion Cortex phello-dendri ,Rhizoma anemarrhenae ,Flos caryophlli ,and Cortex pseudolaricis showed strong antifungal activity ,but to get all the antifungal spectra and effective ingredients ,further studies are required .%目的为寻找新型高效、低毒的抗真菌药物。方法参照CLSI推出的M38-A2方案，采用微量稀释法，对黄柏、知母等9种传统中药的体外抗真菌活性进行测试。结果所有测试中药至少对1种测试真菌显示抑制活性并判读出相应的M IC值。结论黄柏、知母、丁香和土荆皮具有较好的抗真菌活性，有待通过进一步实验研究确定其抗菌谱和活性单体成分。
