红核妇洁洗液抗疮疡及抗菌作用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the suppurative wound healing activity and antibacterial effect of Honghefujie Lotion .Methods The suppurative wound healing activity of Honghefujie Lotion was observed in sores ulcers rats .The effect of Honghefujie Lotion on bacteritic vaginitis was studied in rabbits .Results Honghefujie Lotion could remarkably raise the local tissue lysozyme content and significantly im‐prove the symptoms of ulcers sores and pathological changes .Honghefujie Lotion could also inhibit the infection of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli .Besides ,Honghefujie Lotion has obviously therapeutic effects on bacteritic vaginitis in rabbits .Conclusion Honghe‐fujie Lotion has potential suppurative wound healing activity and antibacterial effect .%目的：观察红核妇洁洗液的抗疮疡及抗菌作用。方法通过建立大鼠外伤感染性疮疡模型及兔细菌性阴道炎模型，观察红核妇洁洗液抗疮疡及抗菌作用。结果红核妇洁洗液能够显著提高局部组织中溶菌酶含量，显著改善疮疡的症状及病理变化；并能够抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的感染，对兔细菌性阴道炎具有显著的治疗作用。结论红核妇洁洗液具有显著的抗疮疡及抗菌作用。
