HPLC法测定黄龙咳喘胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘要

目的：建立黄龙咳喘胶囊中淫羊藿苷的 HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱：十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂（TIANHE Kromasil C18，150 mm ×4．6 mm ，5μm）色谱柱；流动相：乙腈‐0.075 mol · L －1磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH值约为4．5）（25∶75）；流速：1 mL · min－1；柱温：30℃；检测波长：270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0．0081～0．0810 mg · mL －1范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．7％，RSD值为1．62％（n＝6）。结论该方法简便，结果准确可靠，可作为该胶囊的质量控制方法。%Objective To determine icariin in Huanglongkechuan Capsules by HPLC .Methods HPLC column:TIANHE Kromasil C18 (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm);mobile phase:acetonitrile‐0 .075 mol · L -1 phosphoric acid solution (adjusted pH of about 4 .5 with triethylamine)(25∶75);flow rate:1 mL · min-1 ;column temperature:30 ℃ ;detection wavelength :270 nm .Results Icariin with‐in 0 .008 1‐0 .081 0 mg · mL -1 showed a good linear relationship .The average recovery was 98 .7% ,with RSD 1 .62% (n=6) . Conclusion This method is simple ,accurate and reliable ,and can be used for the quality control of Huanglongkechuan Capsules .
