It describes the search of the puncturing point and the analysis of the failure cause of the insulation after being punctured when DC voltage withstand test is carried out on the stator winding of Unit 2 during the unit maintenance and repair of Baoxing Hydropower Sta-tion.The generator repair and handling process are described.The stator coil bar of 2F generator is replaced.%介绍了在宝兴水电站机组检修过程中，2 F发电机定子绕组直流耐压试验时出现绝缘故障被击穿后击穿点的查找和故障原因分析，以及发电机的修复处理过程，更换了2F发电机定子线棒。
