基于 Catia 三维开挖设计凹面处理技术研究

摘要

在Catia软件中进行水工建筑物边坡开挖设计，步骤繁琐、容易出错且工作量大，后续修改麻烦，凹点处开挖面处理更是开挖设计的难点。文章对凹点部位的开挖面处理的一般思路进行了总结，并进行了拓展性研究，提出了复杂情况下凹点处开挖面设计及曲面倒角的基本思路和方法，为模板化、程序化解决开挖问题提供了基本思路。%In design of the slope excavation of the hydraulic structures by CATIA, steps are a lot, mistakes easily occur, work quantity is high and it is difficult to modify later.The treatment of the excavation surface at the concave point is more difficult.In the paper, approaches on the treatment are summarized and developed.The basic approach and method for the excavation surface design and surface fillet at the concave point are raised accordingly.Those provide the template and program solution for excavation design with the basic approaches.
