输油管道项目中的清洁生产措施

摘要

On the basis of illustrating the clean production idea, the paper discussed the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of cleaner production in the oil pipeline project, through analysis the environmental effect in the design, construction and operation of oil pipeline. The purpose of the paper is exploration to relieve terminal treatment burden and prevent environment pollution in oil pipeline project.%　　在阐释清洁生产思想的基础上，通过分析输油管道设计、施工、运营3个阶段的环境效应，论述了输油管道项目中推行清洁生产的可行性和必要性。以期为输油管道污染预防，减轻末端治理做出有益的探索
