科技成果转化中政策影响研究

摘要

目前我国科技成果转化率较低，本文从技术转化过程中涉及的技术提供方、中介机构、技术应用方三方面分析了现状的制约因素，并从政策角度提出促进转化效率的建议。%Based on the fact that a lower transformation rate of technology, it analyzes the current constraints from the technology providers, intermediaries and technology users in the technology transfer process, and it makes recommendations on the promotion of the transformation efficiency from the aspect of policy.
