黄河(内蒙古段)流域突发性水环境风险预测预警平台构建研究

     

摘要

Along with the the Yellow River section of Inner Mongolia modern industrial production field and the scale expanding, all kinds of dangerous goods and hazardous waste production,storage, transportation, use will be a substantial increase, the potential risk sources and risklevel is increasing, threatening to water environment will become more and more obvious.Taking the the Yellow River River Basin in Inner Mongolia Province as the research object,based on the hydrodynamic and water quality model, combined with water environmental risk assessment model, development and construction of the Yellow River (Inner Mongolia section)water basin sudden environmental risk forecast and early warning platform, realizes fast real-time tracking simulation of river water quality and long distance River pollutant transport,provide technical according to the emergency response in order to protect the water environment and the sudden water pollution accident, can provide an intuitive, accurate basisfor emergency water pollution risk events.%随着黄河流域内蒙古段现代工业生产领域和规模的日益扩大,各种危险品以及有害废弃物的产生、贮存、运输、使用量将会大量增加,潜在风险源与风险水平也随之增加,对水环境的威胁将越发显著。本文以黄河流域内蒙古境内河段为研究对象,基于河网水动力和水质模型,结合水环境风险评价模型,研发并构建了黄河(内蒙古段)流域突发性水环境风险预测预警平台,初步实现了河流水质模拟与长距离河流污染物传输的快速实时追踪,为水环境保护以及突发性水污染事故的应急响应提供技术依据,可为突发水污染风险事件的应急处置提供直观、详实的决策依据。
