Taking Shenyang - Tieling section of G1 Expressway as an example, first - phrase preparations, field investigation method and experience, key points that should be focused on in investigation process of renova- tion and expansion of bridges and culverts of expressway are introduced and diseases incurred to bridges and cul- verts are briefly analyzed.%以G1高速公路沈阳至铁岭段为例，介绍高速公路改扩建桥涵外业调查前期准备工作、现场调查方法和经验、调查过程中需关注的要点，并对桥涵出现的病害进行简要的分析。
