分析了某电厂220 t/h循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化调整试验,在现有设备条件下,通过燃烧优化调整,给出了优化后的运行方式。通过提高炉膛出口过量空气系数,提升二次风率等方法均能不同程度地提高锅炉的燃烧效率。通过燃烧优化调整,锅炉热效率提高了2�29个百分点,通过对发现问题进行治理,锅炉最大出力将提高25 t/h左右,初步预计整个供暖期间将带来160万元的经济效益。%In this paper, the experimental method and results of combustion optimization and adjustment for a 220 t/h circulating fluid⁃ized bed boiler in a power plant are introduced. Under the condition of the existing equipment, the optimized operation mode is given by optimizing the combustion optimization. Increasing the excess air coefficient of the furnace outlet, raisin two wind rate can improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler. Through combustion optimization, thermal efficiency of the boiler improves 2�29 percentage points, through the governance, the maximum boiler output improves 25 t/h, the preliminary estimate of the whole heating period can bring e⁃conomic benefits of 160 million yuan.
