The air preheater of boiler No. 4 unit in Huaneng Dalian power plant is taken as the research object in this study. From lower preheat⁃er overall running resistance angles , reducing the optimization of air preheater leakage rate and improving the thermal efficien⁃cy of the boiler are presented through the relayout. Facts show that the optimization effect is obvious. The results offer a reference to optimize the transformation of similar units for air preheater.%以华能大连电厂4号机组的空气预热器为例,从降低预热器整体运行阻力的角度,提出了通过重新布局换热元件,降低空气预热器漏风率进而提升锅炉热效率的优化改造方案。实践证明,优化改造效果明显,可供类似机组空气预热器的优化改造参考。
