水稻稻瘟病抗病基因研究进展

摘要

Rice blast as one of three diseases of rice, have a serious impact on rice production. This study from on genetics of blast resistance in rice, the mapping and the cloning of disease resistance gene and breeding were reviewed, at the same time for the current research status blast resistance gene and the problems were discussed, these results will supply some suggestion for the further research about the rice blast resistance breeding and disease mechanisms.%稻瘟病作为水稻三大病害之一,对水稻产量具有严重影响.从水稻抗稻瘟病的遗传规律、抗病基因定位、抗病基因克隆及抗病基因育种等方面进行了论述,同时针对目前稻瘟病抗性基因的研究现状及存在问题进行了讨论,以期为水稻抗稻瘟病育种发展和抗病机制的深入理解提供参考.
