富锂锰基正极材料的改性及电化学性能研究

             

摘要

The precursor of MCO3(M=Ni,Co,Mn),which was prepared by a co-precipitation method with carbonates as starting materials, and lithium carbonate were mixed well by a high-speed mixer. A series of Li-rich Mn-based cathode materials Li[Li0.167Ni0.225Co0.05Mn0.558-yTiy]O2 were obtained by high-temperature reaction. The substitution of Mn by Ti with y=0.02 in Li[Li0.167Ni0.225Co0.05Mn0.558-yTiy]O2 significantly improved cycling performance and rate properties of the cathode materials, and the discharge capacity decreased with higher content of Ti.%采用碳酸盐共沉淀法合成前驱体,经高速混合机与碳酸锂混合,通过高温焙烧得到系列改性富锂锰基材料Li[Li0.167Ni0.225Co0.05Mn0.558-yTiy]O2.通过对材料的各项性能进行比较发现,钛掺杂能明显提高材料的循环性能和倍率性能,但随着钛量的增大,材料的放电比容量有下降的趋势.
