BOXA型载流X荧光品位分析仪在白音诺尔铅锌矿的应用

摘要

赤峰中色白音诺尔矿业公司二选厂最初对工艺流程的判断主要通过人工目测和每班取临时样方式,具有很大的局限性、盲目性.为了实时地监测生产流程中各流道的品位,给现场工人的操作提供实时、准确的依据,赤峰中色白音诺尔矿业有限公司引入了北京矿冶研究总院研制的BOXA型载流X荧光品位分析仪.本文介绍了BOXA型载流X荧光品位分析仪,及其在现场的实际应用.通过分析仪投用前后半年内选矿厂的工艺数据对比,表明该设备能够指导现场工人进行实时操作,为选矿厂带来比较明显的经济效益.%The judgment of the original process in the second plant of Chifeng ZhongSe Baiyinnuoer Mining Limited company mainly through artificial visual and take temporary every class,which has limitations and blindness.In order to monitor the real-time grade of each channel in the production process,and provide real-time and accurate basis for on-site operation of workers.Chifeng Zhongse Baiyinnuoer Mining Limited Company introduced BOXA Current carrier X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.This paper introduce BOXA Current cartier X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer,and its practical application on site.Comparison of the plant process data in half a year by analyzer before and after throw in,it shows that the equipment can guide the real time operation of the workers and bring more obvious economic benefits to the plant.
