ZH强磁选机在广西某赤泥选铁中的应用

摘要

针对广西某赤泥选铁车间存在铁精矿回收率低的问题,采用ZH型强磁选机对现场二洗底流赤泥进行工业分流试验,得到了精矿铁品位55.33％、产率19.27％、回收率42.15％的良好指标,为赤泥选铁车间工艺改造提供了技术基础.采用ZH强磁选机对原流程改造升级后,可得精矿品位精矿TFe56.31％,回收率44.64％,优于工业分流试验的分选指标.%This paper to meet the needs of Guangxi alumina plant recovery from red mud iron concentrate by novel magnetic field industrial experiment research on iron recovery of the red mud composite type strong magnetic separator,made the concentrate iron grade of 55.33％,yield 19.27％,recovery rate of 42.15％ of good indicator and comprehensive recovery of the iron in the red mud provides an effective way.ZH strong magnetic separation machine after upgrading the original process,made the concentrate iron grade of 56.31％,recovery rate of 44.64％ than the separation index of industrial shunting tests.
