立井单绳提升钢丝绳罐道扭摆问题

摘要

通过对钢丝绳罐道提升过程中扭摆问题的分析，阐述钢丝绳罐道提升容器的扭摆规律、产生扭摆的原因，并针对扭摆问题提出了相对应的解决方案。对比几种方案，提出使用单绳提升绳旋转器来自动消除开捻力的方案最简易而有效，已有矿方投入使用后取得了良好的效果。%By analyzing torsional pendulum problem in steel rope guide hoisting, the paper describes torsional pendulum rule of steel rope guide hoisting container and its cause of torsional pendulum, meanwhile, the relevant countermeasures will be put forward to the problem. By comparing the several options, the option that single-rope hoisting rope rotator is used to automatically remove twisting force is simple and effective;and this option has been adopted by many mines to reach the good result.
