对某铜铁硫矿选矿厂进行改扩建设计，在原有选矿厂厂房内，通过优化工艺流程，选用相对大型的设备，将选矿厂生产能力提升至原来3倍多，获得了铜精矿品位提高1.04%，回收率提高3.26%，铁精矿品位提高1.82%，回收率提高6.72%，硫精矿品位提高2.73%，回收率提高5.19%的成果，大幅提升了企业的经济效益，并且改善了车间内操作环境。%According to the reconstruction&expansion design of a certain copper-iron-sulfur ores concentrator, process flow has been optimized in the previous concentrator plant building and the relatively large equipment has been selected, by which the capacity of the concentrator has increased more than 3 times to the previous capacity, and copper concentrate grade has been increased by 1.04%and the recovery has been increased by 3.26%;iron concentrate grade has been increased by 1.82%and the recovery has been increased by 6.72%; sulfur concentrate grade has been increased by 2.73% and the recovery has been increased by 5.19%, therefore, the economic benefit of the enterprise has been greatly increased and operating environment of workshop has been significantly improved.
