电解锰渣对粉煤灰火山灰活性的硫酸盐激发

         

摘要

Electrolytic manganese residue(EMR) was an inert silicon aluminum material, which had a high S03 content varying from 15% to 20%. Fly ash-lime-sulfate system was considered as a basic system to activate fly ash. However, it was still worthy of research to investigate whether the sulfates in electrolytic manganese residue could activate fly ash . The fly ash activation effect of electrolytic manganese residue was studied. The result showed that the sulfates in electrolytic manganese residue played an activating role in the system of fly ash-lime-sulfate and it could improve both the speed and level of activating fly ash. The appropriate dosage of electrolytic manganese residue was 30% when pretreated with 7% lime in which the sulfates had almost converted into CaSO4·2H2O; Meanwhile the early and old compressive strengths of the system were higher. Compared with CaSO4·2H2O, it could be found that 30% electrolytic manganese residue which had the same content of SO, as CaSO4·2H2O was better to activate fly ash, the activating effect on fly ash is close to that with 3% Na2SC4.%电解锰渣(EMR)是一种富含硫酸盐的惰性硅铝质材料,SO3含量高达15%~20%.粉煤灰-石灰-硫酸盐被作为粉煤灰活性激发的基本系统,而电解锰渣中的硫酸盐能否作为粉煤灰等火山灰质材料的硫酸盐激发剂是值得研究的课题.研究了电解锰渣中硫酸盐对粉煤灰火山灰活性激发的效果,结果显示:30%的电解锰渣对粉煤灰-石灰体系有较好的硫酸盐激发作用,能够加快粉煤灰活性的激发速度和提高粉煤灰活性的激发程度;电解锰渣中的硫酸盐转化为CaSO4·2H2O对粉煤灰-石灰体系的激发效果最好;电解锰渣中存在的易溶性硫酸盐使30%电解锰渣对粉煤灰火山灰活性激发的效果比等当量SO3含量的CaSO4.2H2O好,其作用效果接近于3%Na2SO4对粉煤灰激发的效果.
