钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙体系的热分解体系研究

         

摘要

对钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙体系的热分解反应进行了研究.应用热力学方法对体系的6个反应的吉布斯自由能进行了计算,按反应方程式的比例,对不同温度下的焙烧产物测定其钾溶出率,并进行了XRD和电子探针分析;结果表明,该体系适宜的物料配比为n(KAS6):n(CaSO4):n(CaCO3)=1:1:14,主要物相为:K2SO4、C3A和C2S,从而为利用该体系焙烧生产钾肥提供理论指导.%Thermal dissociation of potash feldspar-CaSO4-CaCO3 system were studied. Six reactions' Gibbs function in the potash feldsparCaSO4-CaCO3 system were studied with thermodynamical methods. According to the proportion of reaction function, the potash leaching rate of calcined material in different calcination temperature were determined. It were analyzed by XRD and electron probe. The results showed that, the optimum reaction conditions were that n(CaSO4): n(CaCO3)=1: 1: 14 and main phases were K2SO4, C3A, C2S. This study provided a theoretical guide to manufacture potassium fertilizer by calcining potash-feldspar.
