铈柱撑膨润土负载Ni2P对噻吩加氢脱硫的影响

         

摘要

以钙钠基膨润土为原料,首先对其钠化改型得到适合制备柱撑膨润土的基质,然后使用交联法制备不同OH-含量的Ce柱撑液,进一步制备Ce-柱撑膨润土,以其为载体用浸渍法制备Ni2P/Ce-PILC加氢脱硫催化剂,并用XRD、氯气吸附和H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征,考察了不同OH-含量对Ce-柱撑膨润土的柱撑效果和催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,500℃下焙烧3h后Ce-柱撑膨润土层间距稳定在1.4078 nm:在n(Ni):n(P)为2:1、焙烧温度为500℃(3h)、还原温度为500℃(2h)、反应温度为350℃的情况下,当n(OH):n(Ce3+)为2.5:1时,制备的催化剂催化噻吩加氢脱硫的活性最高,噻吩转化率为47%.%Ce-pillared interlayer montmorillonite was prepared using the artificial Ca-Na-bemonite as starting material. Pillaring agent solutions were prepared by adding different molar NaOH. In this thesis, nickel phosphide was loaded on Ce-PILC by the impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N2-adsorption specific surface area measurements (BET) and H2-temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The effects of different n(OH)(Ce3+) on P1LC and catalyst activity for the HDS were investigated. The results showed that the basal interlayer spacing with high thermal stability was 1.4078 run when calcined at 500 ℃ for 3 h; Ni,P loading of 10.0%, n(Ni)(P) for 2/1, calcined at 500 ℃ for 3 b, reducted at 500℃ for 2 h and the reaction temperature 350 ℃, when the n(OH)(Ce3+) for 2.5/1, the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of thiophene was optimal and the thiophene conversion was 47%.
