磷酸铝/凹凸棒石纳米复合材料的制备及表征

         

摘要

本实验用盐酸活化凹凸棒石,然后采用化学沉积法制备磷酸铝/凹凸棒石纳米复合材料,探讨了磷酸铝用量、反应体系pH值、反应温度和反应时间等因素对磷酸铝/凹凸棒石纳米复合材料白度的影响,并采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、BET-比表面分析技术对纳米复合材料进行了表征.结果表明,磷酸铝/凹凸棒石纳米复合材料合成的最佳工艺条件为:磷酸铝用量占纳米复合材料总质量的60%,反应温度90℃,反应时间50 min,反应体系pH值控制在8.5.在此最佳工艺条件下所得的纳米复合材料与原凹凸棒石相比,白度由52%提高到86.6%;凹凸棒石经酸化和磷酸铝包覆之后结构没有发生改变,磷酸铝以非晶态形式均匀包覆于凹凸棒石表面,磷酸铝与凹凸棒石之间的作用为物理吸附,没有化学键的结合.%Aluminum-phosphate/acidified-attapulgite nanocomposites were prepared based on the use of chemical precipitation method, by aluminum phosphate coated on the crystal surface of acidified-attapulgite. In this parper, the factors as dosage of aluminum-phosphate, pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time impacting the whiteness of nanocomposites were investigated and the obtained nanocomposites were characterized by FTIR, XRD and BET techniques. The results show the optimum process condition is that: when the acidified-attapulgite coated with aluminum phosphate of 60% at 90 ℃ and the pH value of reaction system at 8.5 for 50 minutes, the whiteness of obtained nanocomposites increase from.52% to 86.6% compared with the native attapulgite; it is inferred that aluminum-phosphate is coated on the surface of attapulgite in the amorphous form and the crystal structure of attapulgite after acidification and coating dosen't change.
