煤矸石提取氧化铝活化过程的研究

             

摘要

The kaolin form of aluminum-silicon in coal gangue has low activity, each particle of microcosmic structure of coal gangue causes violently hot movement under high temperature, the glass phase structure of unsteady state in thermodynamics forms, and increases the activity of alumina in coal gangue, achieves activation. The conditions of activation of coal gangue is studied with limestone sintering method, with fluorite as assistant and fine coal as reducing agent. The experimental results show that the conditions of activation were obtained as follows: KH 0.8, dosage of fluorite 1%, fine coal 1.5%, calcination temperature 1260℃, calcination time 90 min. Alumina leaching efficiency of 89.5% was achieved in gangue under this condition.%铝、硅主要以高岭土形式存在于煤矸石中,活性非常低,在高温下煤矸石微观结构中各微粒产生剧烈的热运动,形成处于热力学不稳定状态玻璃相结构,可使烧成后的煤矸石中含有大量活性氧化铝,达到活化目的.本实验以萤石为助剂、煤粉为还原剂,采用石灰石烧结法活化煤矸石.实验表明,最佳活化条件为:石灰饱和系数KH0.8、萤石用量1%、煤粉的加入量1.5%、煅烧温度1260℃、烧成时间90 min.此条件下煤矸石中氧化铝的溶出率高达89.5%.
