依次用马来酸酐(MAH)、聚丙烯蜡(PPW)对碳酸钙(CaCO3)进行表面改性,制备原位固相接枝改性碳酸钙(CaCO3-MAH-PPW)。考察CaCO3-MAH-PPW中化学键合和物理包覆2种形态的PPW在填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料中的作用。结果表明,物理包覆的PPW可一定程度上提高PP复合材料的力学和加工性能,起决定作用的是通过原位固相接枝法化学键合在CaCO3表面的PPW。%CaCO3 surface was pretreated with maleic anhydride (MAH) to introduce active double bond group, and then grafted chemically by polypropylene wax (PPW) via solid phase grafting in-situ to increase the interfacial compatibility of CaCO3 with polypropylene. The effects of PPW in the forms of chemical grafting and physical coating on CaCO3-MAH-PPW respectively, on the properties of filled polypropylene composites were investigated in detail. Mechanical and processing properties test indicate that physical coated PPW can improve the performance of filled polypropylene composites to a certain degree, but the improvement is very limited. The decisive factor to improve the mechanical and processing properties of filled polypropylene composites is the PPW bonded chemically on the surface of CaCO3.
