海泡石接枝PAMPS高吸水性树脂吸水和饱水性能研究

         

摘要

以海泡石黏土(ST)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,采用微波辐射法合成了ST-g-PAMPS耐盐性复合高吸水性树脂。考察了无机盐溶液和不同pH值溶液对树脂吸水倍率的影响,研究了树脂的吸水倍率、吸水速率、保水性能和反复吸水性能。结果表明,树脂的吸水倍率随着无机盐溶液浓度的增加而减少,在不同价态金属离子盐溶液中,树脂的吸水倍率大小顺序为NaCl、CaCl2、FeCl3;树脂在pH值为4~9能保持较高的吸水倍率。适量ST的引入能显著提高树脂的吸水倍率、吸水速率、保水性能、反复吸水性能和pH稳定性。%A novel sepiolite clay -g-poly(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonicacid) (ST-g-PAMPS) superabsorbent resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using microwave irradiation in the presence of Potassium persulfate (KPS) as a initiator and N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide (NMBA) as a crosslinking agent. The inlfuence of the content of inorganic salt solution and various pH solutions on water absorbency were investigated. The water absorbency, swelling rate,water retention capabilities and reswelling capability of ST-g-PAMPS superabsorbent resin was studied. Characterization indicated that the water absorbency of the superabsorbent resin decreases with increasing concentration of various external saline solutions, and has the following tendency in different metal ions saline solutions: NaCl>CaCl2> FeCl3, the superabsorbent resin can maintain high water absorbency over a pH value range of 4~9. The introduction of sepiolite into simultaneously the polymeric network can improve the water absorbency, swelling rate,water retention capabilities, reswelling capability and pH resistant property of superabsorbent resin.
