改性硅藻土用于油田采油污水处理的试验研究

         

摘要

Using modiifed diatomite as oilifeld-wastewaters treatment agent, different processes and main inlfuence factors of diatomite sewage treatment agent were studied in this paper. The ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer was applied to characterize the chemical oxygen demand. The results showed that the optimum treatment conditions for oilifled wastewater of diatomite was as follows:pH value of 4, temperature at 30℃, time for 1.5~2 h, modiifed diatomite dosage of 4.5 g/L;When COD in wastewater sample is 110~120 mg/L, the COD reducing rate was up to 50.52%.%以改性硅藻土为处理剂,研究了硅藻土污水处理剂对油田污水的处理效果及影响处理效果的主要因素,采用紫外分光光度计对处理过污水水样的化学需氧量等进行了表征。结果表明,改性硅藻土处理油田采油污水的优化工艺条件为:pH值4左右、处理温度30℃、处理时间1.5~2 h、用量4.5 g/L,经过处理之后的污水水样COD值降低率为50.52%。
