改性硅藻土填料在造纸中的应用研究

摘要

Modified diatomite and unmodified diatomite was used as papermaking filler.The performance change of diatomite modified before and after was researched when the different quantity filler was added.Modified diatomite was impact on paper ash content,as well as on paper,tensile index,tearing index,whiteness,folding endurance and burst degrees of influence.Results show that under the condition of the same addition amount,compared with the join unmodified diatomite paper,the tensile index,tearing index,folding endurance and burst degrees of addition modified diatomite paper was improved.Paper whiteness is slightly decreased.Paper ash content was increased 4.3％ when the filler addition amount was 25％.%采用改性硅藻土和原硅藻土为造纸填料,研究在填料加填量不同的条件下,硅藻土改性前后使用性能的变化,对纸张灰分和纸料滤水性的影响,以及对纸张抗张指数、撕裂指数、白度、耐折度和耐破度的影响.结果表明,在同一加入量的条件下,加入改性硅藻土纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐折度和耐破度均比加入未改性硅藻土纸张有所提高和改善,纸张白度略有降低,当填料加入量为25％时,纸张灰分提高4.3％.
