This paper mainly researches the adsorption and decolorazing effect of the diatomite on the methylene blue solution,by using the planet ball mill to treat the diatomite with the single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the adsorption performance of diatomite improved significantly,mainly in the two aspects of increasing of adsorption capacity and the shortening of reaching to the adsorption equilibrium time,and the adsorption capacity increased by 15.31%,the adsorption rate increased by 46.88%;the optimum ball milling conditions were:the ratio of ball and powder was 7 ∶ 1,the rotational speed of ball mill was 200 r/min,and the milling time was 40 min;the decolorization rate of diatomite on the methylene blue solution reached 93.34% under these conditions.%利用行星球磨机对硅藻土进行单因素和正交试验球磨处理后,研究了球磨硅藻土对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附和脱色效果.结果表明,球磨作用使硅藻土的吸附性能明显提高,主要表现在吸附量的增加和到达吸附平衡时间缩短两方面;吸附量增加15.31%,吸附速率提高46.88%;最佳球磨条件为球料比7∶1,转速200 r/min,球磨时间40min,此条件下硅藻土对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率为93.34%.
