Electrolytic manganese residue(EMR) were aged with aging agents of quicklime and calcined raw materials separately. The EMR and aged EMR were analyzed with XRD and TG/DTA, the influence of EMR and aged EMR on cement physical and mechanical properties were tested moreover. The results showed that, compared to EMR, the aged EMR contained more CaSO4·2H2O and Ca(OH)2. The aged EMR had optimal activity, less water requirement, shorter setting time, and the compressive strength of cement with aged EMR was higher than that cement with EMR.%以生石灰和灼烧生料为陈化剂,分别对原状电解锰渣进行陈化预处理.对陈化前后的锰渣进行XRD和TG/DTA分析,并检测不同锰渣样品对水泥物理力学性能的影响.结果表明:相比于原状电解锰渣,陈化过程使锰渣中生成更多的CaSO4·2H2O和Ca(OH)2,陈化后的锰渣活性指数提高,需水量降低,缓凝效果减弱,并且掺有陈化锰渣的水泥抗压强度优于掺原状电解锰渣的水泥.
