装有横向稳定器的车辆悬架系统Simulink振动分析

     

摘要

以某款轿车的横向稳定器为研究对象,研究其在行驶过程中对车辆侧倾性能的影响。首先建立装有横向稳定器的四自由度的车辆悬架系统数学模型,采用Matlab/Simulink工具箱进行仿真分析。然后以随机路面激励和稳定器刚度系数作为输入量,以汽车悬架的质心速度、侧倾角速度和悬架的变形作为输出量。通过对比仿真曲线,得知装有横向稳定器的悬架系统与无横向稳定器的悬架系统相比,车身侧倾角度减小,操纵稳定性和行驶安全性有一定程度的改善。%Influence of the anti-roll bar on the roll performance of a vehicle was studied. A four-DOF mathematical model of the suspension system of the vehicle with an anti-roll bar was established. Simulation of the model was carried out by means of Matlab/Simulink. In the simulation, the response curves under random road-profile excitation and the stiffness coefficient of the anti-roll bar were given as the input. The response curves of the body vertical velocity, the body roll angle and the suspen-sion dynamic deflection were obtained. Compared with those without anti-roll bars, the simulation results show that the body roll angle is reduced obviously by using the anti-roll bar. Meanwhile, the vehicle handling stability and ride comfort are im-proved.
