不同浓度赤霉素对盆栽牡丹催花影响研究

摘要

研究了不同浓度赤霉素（GA3）（200 mg/kg涂蕾、500 mg/kg涂蕾、800 mg/kg涂蕾、1000 mg/kg浇根）对中原牡丹品种胡红催花效果的影响。结果表明：500 mg/kg赤霉素（GA3）催花涂蕾效果比较明显。催花周期为40～45 d，处理后花径为16.2 cm，明显大于CK的13.21 cm。%With the central China peony cultivars Huhong as the test material to study the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3)( coating buds with the gibberellin of 200 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg and pouring root with the gibberellin of 1 000 mg/kg) on the flower forcing of central China peony cultivars Huhong. The results showed that coating buds with the gibberellin of 500 mg/kg had relatively significant effects on the flower forcing. The flower forcing began 2 weeks after planting on basin and the period of flower forcing lasted for 40-45 days. The flower diameter with the treatment was 16.2 cm, significantly larger than that of the control, namely, 13.21 cm.
