“分校式”校企合作模式研究与实践--以宁夏农业学校“兰一分校”为例

Leisure agriculture is an important people's livelihood oriented industry and a new consumption form. In order to bring the cluster competitive advantages of the leisure agriculture jobs and the agricultural majors in agricultural vocational colleges into full play, the "branch school type" cooperation carried out by the school and enterprise can not only resolve the internship and employment difficulties of the agriculture students, but also provide a large number of talents for the sustainable and healthy development of the leisure agriculture.%休闲农业是重要的民生产业和新型消费业态。为充分发挥休闲农业就业和农业职业院校涉农专业群共有的集群优势，学校与企业合作开展“分校式”合作，既破解了涉农学生在实习、就业上存在的择岗窄等“瓶颈”因素，也为休闲农业的持续健康发展提供坚实的人才保障。
