为了达到发展低碳经济和实施节能减排政策的目的，针对宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司热电分公司2号汽轮机汽封存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改造方案并进行了实施。改造结果表明：热耗降低145.043 kJ/（kW·h），供电煤耗下降约4.71 g/（kW·h），每年可节约资金94.2万元，达到了节能降耗减排的目的。%In order to develop low carbon economy and fulfill the policy of energy saving and emission reduction,aiming at the problems of steam seal of No.2 turbine in Yinglite Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,makes analysis,puts forward improvement schemes and come into use. The improvement result shows that heat consumption reduced 145.043 kJ/(kW·h),coal consumption for power supply reduced about 4.71 g/(kW·h),saves financing about 94.2 ×104 yuan every year, achieves the aim of energy saving and emission reduction.
