煤矸石热电厂12MW汽轮机汽封改造及应用

     

摘要

The traditional labyrinth seals have their shortcomings such as easy wear and large amount of leakage.To solve the above problems, a schedule is proposed, which is about modifying a kind of ferrite honeycomb and contact-type steam seal.This paper mainly illustrates its working principle and the modification schedule of 12MW condensing steam turbines of gangue power plants.The operation data of the traditional steam turbines and that of the modified have been compared and analyzed.The results show the modified steam turbines with ferrite honeycomb and contact-type steam seals are able to greatly improve the thermal efficiency of 12MW condensing steam turbines and have a promising application prospect because of their economical and steady operation.%传统迷宫式汽封,存在易磨损、漏气量大等缺点,严重降低了热效率和机组的安全运行.针对上述问题,提出了利用接触式铁素体蜂窝汽封进行改造的方案.主要介绍了其工作原理,及针对某煤矸石热电厂12MW凝汽式汽轮机进行的改造方案,并对改造前后的汽轮机运行数据进行对比分析.结果表明:利用接触式铁素体蜂窝汽封进行汽轮机汽封改造,可使12MW汽轮机机组的热力性能得到明显改善,运行经济性和稳定性明显改善,具有较好的推广应用前景.
