空预器热端传热元件失效的原因分析及措施

摘要

Aiming at the problem of heat transfer component failure at hot end of No.1 boiler air preheater in Guangzhou Lixin Power Plant,by microscopic and macroscopic inspection analysis, finds the failure causes,makes corresponding improvement measure. The improvement result shows that by optimizing and adjusting soot blowing procedure,effectively solves the problem of damage and failure of air preheater component,ensures normal operation of boiler and units.%针对广州中电荔新电厂1号炉空预器热端传热元件损坏失效问题，通过宏观和微观检查分析，找出故障原因，并制定相应的改进措施。改造结果表明：通过优化调整空预器吹灰程序，有效解决了空预器传热元件破损失效问题，保证了锅炉、机组正常运行。
