基于SVG的GOOSE数字二次回路测试技术的研究

         

摘要

针对智能变电站采用基于IEC 61850规约的面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)跳闸及联、闭锁方式的数字二次回路与传统二次回路相比在测试方法上存在重大区别的问题,为了达到清晰明了的二次回路可视化检测的目的,提出了一种利用变电站配置描述(Substation Configuration Description,SCD)文件提取GOOSE信息,使用可缩放矢量图形(Scalable Vector Graphics,SVG)实现图形化数字二次回路,并在图形界面操作中对GOOSE数字二次回路进行测试的技术方案。实测结果表明:该方案具体可行、效果良好,为将来的数字化变化站验收测试提供了一种可视化、方便的测试方法,可极大地提高测试效率。%The test method of digital secondary circuit comparing with traditional secondary circuit exists big difference. Aiming at the problem of the smart substation adopting digital secondary circuit for trip,interlock and lockout way based on Generic Object Oriented Substation Event (GOOSE) of IEC 61850 protocol. In order to reach the aim of clear and visual secondary circuit test,puts forward a kind of technological scheme that using Substation Configuration Description (SCD)document extracts GOOSE information,applying Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)realizes graphic digital secondary circuit,and makes GOOSE digital secondary circuit test in the graphic interface. The practical test result shows that the scheme is concrete,the effect is good,and provides a kind of visual and convenient test method for future digital substation acceptance checking test, greatly improves the test efficiency.
