超高强钢35CrMnSiA与08Al异种材料的MAG焊接技术

         

摘要

通过对超高强钢35CrMnSiA大厚壁管与08Al薄壁管异种材料的MAG焊接工艺技术的科研、探索、分析及一系列的试验,掌握了35CrMnSiA与08Al异种材料的焊接要点,解决了35CrMnSiA与08Al异种材料的焊接技术及焊件壁厚差大等难题,在合理的规范参数和必要的焊接工艺措施下,获得了满意的焊接接头质量,并应用到重要的焊接结构中,服务于国防建设.%Trough scientifc research, exploration. Analysis and s series of tests of MAG welding techique for different materials for ultrahigh-strength steel 35 CrMnSiA thick-wall pipe and 08Al thin-wall pipe, the key points for welding different materals of 35CrMnSiA and 08Al have been mastered, and the problems in different material welding techinque for 35CrMnSiA and 08A1 as well as the great wall thickness diference between the welding parts have been solved. Within rea-sonalbe specified parameters and wit necessary measures of welding process, satidfying quality of welding joints has been obtained. The techinque has been applied to important welding structure to serve the building of national defense.
