轧机轴承座拆装机托辊的结构设计与成本分析

         

摘要

It is systemic problem that through the structural optimization design to control product cost, cannot unilateral emphasize cost saving, and carrectly handling the technical and economic unity of opposites is the key problem of cost control. Paper through the mill bearing down on the supporting roller and rotating devices installed on the roller of two kinds of different structure comparison, analyzed the different structure design, expound the cost of product structure design of reasonable importance of cost control. In the design, opposing unilateral emphasize cost saving, ignoring the reasonable request , the technical performance of the products is expected to reach the requirements and technical economy, design of light weight, conservative waste must strengthen the product cost control and improve the quality of products to enhance the competitiveness of their products and expand market share and increase economic benefits.%通过结构优化设计控制产品成本是一个系统性问题,不能片面强调节约成本,正确处理技术与经济的对立统一是控制成本的关键问题.本文通过对轧机支承辊轴承座拆装机、升降转动装置上托辊的2种不同结构的比较,分析不同结构设计的成本;阐述了合理的产品结构设计对成本控制的重要性.在设计中,既要反对片面强调节约成本,忽视技术上的合理要求,使产品的性能达不到预期的使用要求,又要反对重技术、轻经济和设计保守浪费的现象.加强产品成本控制,提高产品质量,才能增强产品的竞争力,扩大市场占有率,提高经济效益.
