一种提高数控车床主轴精度的调整方法

         

摘要

通过对数控车床主轴精度品质的提升,阐述了主轴精度在冷检、热检和负荷试验时的精度变化规律,优化了工艺方案,提高了主轴箱主轴精度变化范围的一致性,实现了产品质量和效率的双提升.近年来,随着数控技术的普及,数控加工和数控设备的应用突飞猛进,掌握数控技术的人才越来越多,有关数控编程和数控实际操作的书籍或教程也很多;但是,对影响数控设备关键使用性能之一的数控机床主轴箱的主轴精度指标的检测和后期维修调整方法的介绍却很少[1].%By means of improving the quality of CNC lathe spindle precision,the spindle precision changing rules in the procedure of cold inspection,heat inspection and load test,and the accuracy of the optimization method were expounded,which also improved the range of the spindle box consistency and achieved the improving of product quality and efficiency.Nowadays,with the generalization of CNC,the application of CNC machining and CNC equipments have developed rapidly,the talents who grasp CNC technology have coming more and more,the books about CNC programming and real operation have also coming more and more.But the spindle box as the key part of CNC equipments that can affect operation property got little instruction,especially in precision index inspection and later maintenance ways.
