等离子弧熔积五轴成形轨迹规划方法

         

摘要

In the machining of part with big surface curvature change by plasma deposition manufacturing (PDM),stepped effects of part surface are obvious,and even parts always lose self-support that leads to moving.In order to improve the manufacturability of this kind of parts by PDM,this paper studied the planning of welding torch vector and the generating of five-axis codes based on part surface normal and intersect curve of plane slice,and checked the validity of codes as well as the invariance of five axis federate through the analysis of five-axis simulation.%利用三轴熔积成形方法加工表面曲率变化较大的零件时,零件表面台阶效应明显,甚至会失去自支承,导致流淌.为了提高熔积成形技术对此类零件的可制造性及制造质量,本文首先根据零件表面的法向量和平面切片交线数据,对加工过程中的焊枪轴矢量进行了规划,据此生成五轴数控代码并对其进行优化;然后通过五轴仿真进行分析,验证了代码的正确性和五轴进给率的恒定性.
