外柴油箱机器人焊接工艺技术研究

             

摘要

外柴油箱是特种车辆的重要零部件之一,主要为特种车辆提供燃料.外柴油箱是由多块高强度钢板焊接而成的壳体,其焊接质量直接影响油箱的寿命及车辆的机动性.本文通过工艺研究,首次由机器人自动化焊接代替原来的手工焊接,提高了油箱一次焊接合格率,切实解决了外柴油箱出现渗漏的难题;同时提高了油箱焊缝外观质量,保证了焊接一致性,节约了焊接材料,全面提高了焊接生产效率和产品质量.%Outer diesel oil box is one of the important components of special vehicle. The function of outer diesel oil box is providing fuel for special vehicles. The outer diesel oil box was welded by many of high strength steel. The welding quality of oil box directly affect it's life and vehicle maneuverability. This paper used welding-robot automation weld oil box instead of handwork through technics research. The welding eligibility rate was improved by this way. The problem of out oil box leakage was also resolved. At the same time, the quality of oil box welding line was improved, and the welding consistency was ensured, the welding materials were saved, the manufacture efficiency and product quality were improvered at all sides.
