表面积灰的TRT叶片有限元分析模型建立

         

摘要

高炉煤气余压透平发电装置中的叶片工作环境恶劣,表面容易产生积灰,从而改变了叶片原有的特性设计参数,诸如刚度、重心、质量和固有频率等。要对表面附着积灰的叶片进行力学性能分析,应先建立积灰后叶片的几何模型和有限元分析模型。本文提出了在获得ANSYS软件下叶片实体几何模型的基础上,考虑到其复杂性,为了很好地对叶片进行离散,采用三维实体单元 Solid187对叶片进行网格划分。同时为了可以确保计算精度,将叶片分割成叶形和叶根2部分,分别对其划分网格,然后再总合成一个实体。最后确定了计算模型的边界约束条件,分析结果对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。%Because of the hostile working condition of blade mounted on blast furnace top gas recovery turbineunit (TRT),deposition may be adhered to blade surface easily.Then,the mechanical and physical property of blade,such as ri-gidity and barycentre are changed.The mechanical property of the blade that covered with dust was analyzed.The geometric and finite element model must be built firstly.On the base of acquired solid geometry model of the blades with ANSYS, considering the complexity,the paper introduced the concept that uses the three-dimensional entity unit solid 187 to divide the grid in order to obtain better discrete blades.In order to ensure the calculation precision,divided the blade into two parts:blade type and root,and divided each part with grid,then,combined the two parts into a entity,finally,determined the boundary condition of the calculation model.The results of the analysis have a guiding significance on the actual produc-tion.
