改进校动平衡用工艺轴

         

摘要

为了解决电动机转子动平衡校正结果不稳定、校正结果无法准确重现的问题,对校正过程中支承和传递转矩给转子的工艺轴结构进行了优化,将工艺轴与转子的定位面由圆柱面改为锥面,电动机转子与工艺轴由小间隙配合改为锥度配合,不仅消除了校正机构中由于工艺轴与转子的间隙而产生的不平衡量,还消除了校正过程中由于转子和工艺轴同心度误差而产生的动平衡波动。在稳定校正结果的同时,提升了校正过程的工艺性和可操作性,解决了电动机制造过程中的一个瓶颈难题。%In order to solve the problem of rotor dynamic balancing correction result,we optimize the structure of the ro-tor with the support and delivery of the torque,change positioning shaft and rotor surface by the cylindrical surface into cone,the motor rotor and technological shaft is changed from the small gap into the taper.It not only eliminates the imbal-ance of the gap between the correct mechanism and the rotor,but also eliminates the fluctuation of the dynamic balance cause by the deviation of the rotor and the process axis.At the same time,the process and the operation of the calibration process has been improved,and a bottleneck problem in the process of the motor is solved.
