大螺距非标双头梯形内螺纹的加工研究

         

摘要

In aviation area,sometimes it will appear some large pitch non-standard trapezoidal thread part in order to re-alize some special movements.Because of the number and pitch requirement of internal thread,and the limitation of space (bottom hole of thread),it has a very strict structure requirement on machining tools,also shall choose the suitable machi-ning process,programming the NC program according to the actual thread parameter to realize the machining of internal thread.Using large pitch non-standard double-headed trapezoidal internal thread machining as an example,we can divide the thread machining into two steps:rough machining and finish machining.Consider the influence of lead angle,make a strict requirement on tool shape,dimension and relevant geometric angle.The macro program is used to control cutting,which actually achieve the good result,providing certain reference meaning to machining of the same type of non-standard trape-zoidal internal thread.%在航空领域中,由于要实现某些特定运动,经常会出现一些大螺距的非标梯形螺纹构件;而内螺纹因为头数、螺距等要求以及空间(螺纹底孔)限制,对加工刀具的结构要求非常严格,同时还需要根据实际螺纹参数合理选择加工工艺,编制数控程序,才能实现内螺纹的加工.以大螺距非标双头梯形内螺纹加工为例,可将螺纹加工分粗、精车2个步骤进行,并考虑螺纹升角的影响,对刀具的形状、尺寸和有关几何角度都做了严格要求,采用宏程序进行控制切削,实际加工取得了很好的效果,对于同类型非标梯形内螺纹零件的加工具有借鉴意义.
