Cardanol-based polyol was prepared via the ring-open reaction between methanol and epoxidized tri(2-cardanoxyethyl)citrate,and its structural was confirmed by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR).Bio-based thermosets were then formulated using cardanol-based polyol and commercial isocyanate(hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI,isophorone disiocyanate(IPDI),etc.)as the raw materials. The property of polyurethane was studied through dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMTA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and tensile testing. The results revealed that the glass transition temperature of polyurethane was 43℃,The tensile strength was 940MPa. They possessed a good combination of high bio-based content and overall properties.%以环氧化柠檬酸三(2-腰果酚氧基乙基)酯(ET3)和甲醇反应制备了三臂型腰果酚基多元醇,用核磁共振波谱仪(1H-NMR)确定了该多元醇的结构.用腰果酚基多元醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)等反应合成了腰果酚基聚氨酯,并通过动态热机械分析(DMTA)和热重分析(TGA)考察了固化膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和热稳定性,通过拉伸测试考察固化膜的机械力学性能.结果发现,该树脂玻璃化转变温度最高可达43℃,拉伸强度最高可达940MPa,有较高的生物基含量和良好的综合性能,具有一定的应用价值.
