聚苯乙烯轻质混合土配合比优化设计

         

摘要

Based on orthogonal experiment, carrying on an optimization design of mix proportion of light heterogeneous soil mixed with expanded polystyrene, to explore the effects of EPS grains, cement and water on the volume density and compressive strength. The results show that when the EPS grains is 1%, cement content is 40% and contain water is 35%, the mix proportion of light heterogeneous soil mixed with expanded polystyrene is the best. At this time, the density is 1044 kg/m3, compressive strength is 2.868 Mpa, meeting requirement of compound block.%通过正交试验对聚苯乙烯轻质混合土配合比进行了优化设计,探讨了EPS颗粒、水泥、水等参数对其密度和抗压强度的影响规律.结果表明,聚苯乙烯轻质混合土的最佳配合比为EPS颗粒用量1%、水泥用量40%、含水率35%,此时密度为1044 kg/m3,抗压强度为2.868 MPa,满足复合砌块芯材的要求.
