Taking sulphoaluminate cement as base material. through the optimization of water reducing agent,retarder and functional components,TX -RG -Ⅱ -type early strength bearing mortar with a good working performance was developed,the characterization was made on the product by XRD and SEM. The results show that the comprehensive peformance of the mortar is best when the retarder content is 0.1%,the functional components content is 0.02%,and the water/material ratio is 0.14. Under the optimal ratio,the fluidity of mortar is up to 341 mm,30 min fluidity is up to 280 mm,2 h compressive strength reaches 26.5 MPa,and 24 h flexural strength reaches 11.9 MPa%以硫铝酸盐水泥为基础,通过减水剂、缓凝剂及功能组分的优化,研制出具有优良工作性能的,TX-RG-II型早强支座砂浆,并通过XRD、SEM进行表征.研究表明,缓凝剂掺量为0.1%、功能组分掺量为0.02%、水料比为0.14时,砂浆的综合性能最优,此时砂浆初始流动度可达345 mm,30 min流动度可达280 mm,2 h抗压强度达26.5 MPa,24 h抗折强度达11.9 MPa.
