以水泥化学、铝盐化学为基本原理,采用铝酸钠、硫酸铝、硅酸钠、稳定剂为主要原材料合成了一种液体速凝剂,探讨了合成过程中主要工艺参数对速凝剂性能的影响.测试了该速凝剂对水泥凝结时间、砂浆强度的影响以及与水泥的适应性等.试验结果表明,所制备的液体速凝剂具有良好的促凝性能和水泥适应性,砂浆的28 d抗压强度不降低.%Based on the cement chemistry and aluminates chemistry, a liquid setting accelerator was prepared using sodium aluminales , aluminum sulfatc,sodium silicate and stabilizer. The main parameter related to the performance of setting accelerator was discussed. The performances of the setting accelerator including setting time of cement paste, strength of mortar and compatibility between cement and setting accelerator were evaluate. The results indicated that the liquid setting accelerator has an excellent flash setting effect and compatibility with different cements.otherwise,the accelerator has no effect on 28 d compressive strength of mortar.
