高岭土尾矿-煤矸石烧制轻质高强陶粒的研究

摘要

在适当的试验条件下,以龙岩地区高岭土尾矿、煤矸石为主要原料,可以配制性能优异、符合GB/T17431.1-2010《轻集料及其试验方法 第1部分:轻集料》要求的轻质高强陶粒规定,其中烧成温度对烧制陶粒的性能影响大,适量的氢氧化钾对烧制陶粒的性能有所改善.这项研究为龙岩地区高岭土尾矿及煤矸石的综合利用提供了新的途径.%The article describes that the light and high strength haydite in conformity with GB/T 17431.1-2010 standard "Light Aggregate and Its Test Method Part 1: Light Aggregate" can be produced from Kaolin tailings and gangue from Longyan Area with right test condition. In which, sintering temperature has big influence to various properties of the haydite, which could be improved with proper KOH addition. The research provided a new way for comprehensive utilization of the Kaolin tailings and gangue in Longyan.
