自粘型高聚物卷材和聚氨酯防水涂膜在某地下室工程中的应用

深圳市某警务后勤配套楼工程地下室底板采用3mm厚湿铺法自粘型高聚物改性沥青防水卷材及2mm厚聚氨酯涂膜防水,底板、侧墙外防水均采用外防外贴法施工,详细介绍了该防水做法的施工工艺,并对工程中的节点部位如施工缝、后浇带、预埋穿墙套管、桩头等关键的防水节点处理作了简要阐述.%In a basement of a police service logistics management building project in Shenzhen, 3 mm-thick wet-paving method self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing roll and 2 mm-thick polyurethane waterproof coating are used for waterproofing and external application method is adopted for base plate and side wall. This paper describes in detail the construction technology of this waterproofing method, and briefly set forth the treatment method of key nodes,such as construction joints, pouring strip,embedded wall bushing,pile head and so on.
